Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your Rights to End the Contract
You may end your contract with us at any time. Your rights when ending the contract depend on the circumstances. If the product is faulty or mis described, you have a legal right to end the contract, request a repair or replacement, or receive a refund. If you wish to end the contract due to something we have done or informed you we will do, such as an error in pricing or product description, delays in delivery due to events outside our control, or a legal right to cancel due to our actions, the contract will end immediately, and you will receive a full refund for any products not provided. If you have changed your mind, you may cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
How to End the Contract
To end your contract, please contact us at palmermenswear@btconnect.com, providing your name, address, order details, and reason for cancellation. If you have received the item, you must return it following our Returns Procedure, which can be seen above. If you are exercising your right to change your mind within the cooling-off period, you must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.
Returning Products After Ending the Contract
You are responsible for returning products to us. The costs of return will be covered by us only if the product is faulty or misdescribed, or if you are ending the contract due to an error in pricing, product description, delivery delays, or a legal right to cancel due to our actions. In all other circumstances, including exercising your right to change your mind within the cooling-off period, you must cover the cost of the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at palmermenswear@btconnect.com.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect the decrease in value. If a refund is issued before the inspection and we later discover the item does not meet return requirements, we reserve the right to reclaim the appropriate amount from you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at palmermenswear@btconnect.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you should return the original product and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
